It has a range of contemporary, cream urban-gloss units with American walnut work surfaces, a centre island and built-in NEFF stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open plan, leading to the family room, which has a cinema multimedia system, and then to the light and bright orangerie. It has French doors leading to a handsome Indian sandstone terrace. The ground floor also includes a utility room with NEFF integrated washing machine and freezer. Another elegant touch is the wine cellar with an air-conditioning unit for controlled temperatures. To the first floor there are four bedrooms, one with an en suite which has a double walk-in Jacuzzi shower cubicle. Two of the other three bedrooms share a Jack and Jill en suite which has a large double ended bath. In addition, there is a beautiful family bathroom with freestanding roll top bath. Also to the first floor, an inner landing gives access to a useful self-contained apartment, which can also be accessed by a separate staircase to the outside. The apartment includes a living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom area and a bathroom, which includes a Jacuzzi bath. “It’s very versatile, and could be used for a nanny, elderly relative, guest or teenager.” And to the second floor there is that luxurious master suite, plus a further bedroom. Other notable features of this property include underfloor heating to the ground floor, both a sound system and data points installed throughout the property, and a CCTV security system.
